Itinerary

Day - 01 - Arrival at Guwahati Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport (GAU) / Guwahati Railway Station (GHY) & transfer to Shillong

 Our Official will receive guests on arrival - Assistance on arrival at Guwahati Airport / Railway Station and transfer to Shillong - Next board vehicle and enjoy the view on road - Its approximately 120 kilometres & is nearly 03 hours’ drive by car -  It is the capital and hill station of Meghalaya, also known as "The Abode of Clouds", one of the smallest states in India - The town reminded the European settlers of Scotland - Hence, they would also refer to it as 'Scotland of the East' - On the way if time permits visit Umium Lake - On arrival check-in to your hotel - Rest of the day at leisure or one can stroll around the local market or police Bazaar - Overnight stay in Shillong

Day - 02 - Excursion to Cherrapunjee 

Early Morning breakfast - Next drive to Cherrapujee - It is approximately 60 Kilometres i.e. 02 - 2½ hours’ drive by car - Currently the historical name Sohra is more commonly used is a subdivisional town in the East Khasi Hills in Meghalaya  - It is credited as being the wettest place on Earth, although nearby Mawsynram currently holds that record - Cherrapunjee possesses some exotic waterfalls and impressive limestone caves - Visit Visit Dwan Syiem view point, Noh kalikai falls, Mawsmai caves, Seven Sister falls, Eco park etc - Later after lunch back to Shillong  drive back to Shillong - On the way visit to Shillong Peak & Elephant Falls - Return to The Hotel / Resort  - Evening if time permits visit local market (Police Bazar) - Night stay at Shillong

Day - 03 - Transfer to Guwahati  

After breakfast drive back to Guwahati - It is approximately 130 Kilometres and is 3 ½ hours’ drive by car  - Reach guwahati check into hotel - Freshen up and next Maa Kamakhya Temple - Situated atop the Nilachal Hills, the foremost shrine of Assam, Kamakhya is an ancient seat of Tantrik and Shakti cults of Hinduism - The temple offers grandstand views of the river Brahmaputra and its surroundings - The reigning deity here is Goddess Parvati (Sati) - Guest can have lunch at a local cuisine restaurant and then free for shopping at Assam Emporium / Jagaran - Evening enjoy river cruise on mighty Brahmaputra (Cruise is subjected to Water condition  + availability and on direct payment basis) - Next drive back to Hotel / Resort - Overnight stay at Guwahati 

Day - 04 - Departure Transfer to Guwahati Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport (GAU) / Guwahati Railway Station (GHY)  

After breakfast visit Srimanta Kalakshetra and Dadash Jyotilinga -Departure Transfer to Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport (GAU)  - Early morning breakfast - Few fact about Assam worth mentioning is the  ancient cities of Pragjyotishpura and Durjaya (North Guwahati) were the capitals of the ancient state of Kamarupa under the Varman and Pala dynasties - Many ancient Hindu temples are in the city, giving it the name City Of Temples"- Dispur, the capital of Assam, is in the circuit city region located within Guwahati and is the seat of the Government of Assam - Four major trading center and places of interest fro tourist are  Pan Bazaar, Paltan Bazaar, Fancy Bazaar and Uzan Bazaar  - After breakfast visit Srimanta Kalakshetra - After breakfast drive to Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport (GAU)  - Forwarding Journey.

Booking Policy :

1.  Booking  can be modified up to 3 days before the travel date (cancellation / amendment charges apply for hotels along with any price differnce for revised date - hotels based on availability).Booking can be modified only once (any circumstance) and futher changes are treated as fresh booking.
2. Booking  can be cancelled up to 3 days before travel date (below cancellation policy applies - no partial cancellation)
3. Standard Hotel check-in time is usually between 12 PM - 2 PM & check -out time is between 10 AM to 12 PM.Early check-in is subject to availability & hotel may charge extra ( not included in the tour price). In case of late check-in,please inform the hotel about your arrival time.
4. Refund for cancelled tours usually takes around 7- 10 business days
5. Any issues encountered during the trip need to be resolved with Tour manager immediately during the trip. Issues can't be addressed after completion of the trip.
6. Vehicles provided (all vehicles are A/C only):  Hatchback -Indica V2, Swift ,Ritz, similar; Sedan Dzire,Etios, Fiesta,Xcent, Amaze, similar; SUV- Innova,Xylo, or similar
7. Cab & Driver details will be provided 10 hours before the Trip start Time
8. Cancellation Policy (All Tours) :16 Days & Beyond from date of travel (excluding travel date) - 50% of order total is charged as   cancellation fee, Between 8-15 days from date of travel (excluding travel date) - 75% of order total is charged as cancellation fee, No Refund if cancelled with in 7 days from date of travel, excluding travel date ( we already paid for your Hotel & Cab by this time)
9. In case of natural disasters, political Bundh of cab strike, travelpanorama.in may suggest alternate destination of alternate dates. If no alternate tour /  dates can be arranged by travelpanorama.in,  your tour may be cancelled and partial payment booking amount will be refunded.
10. In extreme cases,you tour may be cancelled by travel panorama.in for unavoidable reasons ( within 24 hours  of booking) and 100% of your booking amount will be refunded.
