Itinerary Details:

Day 01: Arrival Bagdogra Airport / New Janpaiguri – Drive to Darjeeling ( 140 Kms, 4.5 / 5 Hrs drive )

Scheduled arrive Bagdogra Airport, New Jalpaiguri Railway station; meet our representative who will assist you to introduce the driver and later depart for Darjeeling is one of the most beautiful hill station of India located in the Lesser Himalaya at an altitude of 6700 Ft. It is known for the breathtaking natural beauty, sloping tea gardens, and magnificent views of the Mount Everest & Darjeeling Himalayan Toy Train. In the evening arrive and check into Hotel. After fresh up spend your leisure time in roaming around Mall Road, a local shopping center. Back to hotel.

Day 02: Darjeeling - Morning Sunrise View from Tiger Hill + Half Day Sightseeing

Get up early morning around 3:45 AM to evidence the panoramic view of Mount Everest and Mt. Kangchenjunga with sunrise from Tiger Hill. It is memorable forever in one’s life when the First rays of the Sun shoot ahead and shed light on the snowy peak of both Mountains looks like painted in orange color. While coming back to hotel en route visit Ghoom Monastery, Peace memorial & Batasia Loop. Back to Hotel for fresh up followed by breakfast. Later on proceed for half day city tour and visit Padmaja Naidu Zoological Park, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute ( Closed on Thursday ), Ropeway, Tensing Gumpo Rock, Tibetan Refugee Self Help Center ( Closed on Sunday ), Tea Estate, Natural History Museum (Sunday Closed), Peace PagodaEvening free at leisure.

Day 03: Darjeeling - Gangtok ( 130 Kms, 5 Hrs drive )

This morning depart for Gangtok; the capital of state of Sikkim Suits all from tranquility to adventure, land of monastery, mystic rituals & festivals at an height of 1670 meters / 5480 feet and is the most visited spot of India. It is one of the most beautiful town with varieties of Rhododendron, Orchids and butterflies - Nearly 135 kilometers 4 ½ - 5 hours drive – Check into hotel
After fresh up start the sightseeing including Do Drul Chorten ( Stupa ) and Namgyal Institute of Tibetology ( closed on Sundays ) followed by visit of Cottage Industry ( closed on Sundays ) White Hall, Flower Show and Enchey Monastery. Evening free to roam around M G Road ( Mall ) or local Shopping center.

Day 04: Gangtok – Kalimpong

After breakfast at hotel drive to Kalimpong - 110 kilometers – 2 ½ - 3 hours drive - situated on the foothills of the Himalayas is a green destination at an altitude of 1243 meters / 4078 feet. It is a historical destination with bustling market, colorful people and offers spectacular views of the Himalayan range. Upon arrival check into hotel.
After fresh up enjoy half day sightseeing including Forest Museum ( Closed On Thursday ), Hanuman Mandir, Deolo Hill, Dr Graham Homes School, Durpin Monastery, Mangaldham, Pine View Nurseries ( Cactus Only ) . Overnight stay in Hotel.
In the evening drive back to Town for night stay in hotel.

Day 05: Kalimpong – Bagdogra Airport / New Jalpaiguri Railway station / Kolkata ( By Flight / Train )

Take breakfast at hotel and later scheduled transfer to Bagdogra Airport/ New Jalpaiguri Railway station to board the flight/train for Kolkata. On reaching Kolkata Airport our representative who will assist you to transfer to hotel.

Day 06: Kolkata – Full Day Sightseeing

After breakfast proceed for a full day city including the most important places such as Dalhousie Square ( Covering Raj Bhavan, St. John’s church, High Court, GPO, Town Hall, Writer’s Building and other places like Flower Market, Howrah Bridge, St. Paul’s Cathedral Church, Indian Museum ( Closed On Mondays & National holidays ), Victoria Memorial ( Closed On Mondays & National holidays ) & Mother House ( Closed On Thursdays & National holidays ). Rest of time free at leisure or shopping.
Overnight stay in Hotel.

Day 07: Kolkata Airport Departure ( B / F Only )

Take breakfast in the hotel and later scheduled transfer to Kolkata Airport to board the flight for onward destination. Tour ends with happy memories.

Booking Policy :

1.  Booking  can be modified up to 3 days before the travel date (cancellation / amendment charges apply for hotels along with any price differnce for revised date - hotels based on availability).Booking can be modified only once (any circumstance) and futher changes are treated as fresh booking.
2. Booking  can be cancelled up to 3 days before travel date (below cancellation policy applies - no partial cancellation)
3. Standard Hotel check-in time is usually between 12 PM - 2 PM & check -out time is between 10 AM to 12 PM.Early check-in is subject to availability & hotel may charge extra ( not included in the tour price). In case of late check-in,please inform the hotel about your arrival time.
4. Refund for cancelled tours usually takes around 7- 10 business days
5. Any issues encountered during the trip need to be resolved with Tour manager immediately during the trip. Issues can't be addressed after completion of the trip.
6. Vehicles provided (all vehicles are A/C only):  Hatchback -Indica V2, Swift ,Ritz, similar; Sedan Dzire,Etios, Fiesta,Xcent, Amaze, similar; SUV- Innova,Xylo, or similar
7. Cab & Driver details will be provided 10 hours before the Trip start Time
8. Cancellation Policy (All Tours) : 16 Days & Beyond from date of travel (excluding travel date) - 50% of order total is charged as   cancellation fee, Between 8-15 days from date of travel (excluding travel date) - 75% of order total is charged as cancellation fee, No Refund if cancelled with in 7 days from date of travel, excluding travel date ( we already paid for your Hotel & Cab by this time)
9. In case of natural disasters, political Bundh of cab strike, travelpanorama.in may suggest alternate destination of alternate dates. If no alternate tour /  dates can be arranged by travelpanorama.in,  your tour may be cancelled and partial payment booking amount will be refunded.
10. In extreme cases,you tour may be cancelled by travel panorama.in for unavoidable reasons ( within 24 hours  of booking) and 100% of your booking amount will be refunded.
