Wayanad- Calicut - 2 Nights and 3 Days 

Itinerary Details:

Day 01 : Calicut - Wayanad

After arrival at the Calicut railway station/ airport, meet our tour representative who helps you with an assisted transfer to Wayanad. The road journey is going to be around 3 hours. Arrive at the very popular Vythiri Resort, one of the most popular treehouse resorts in Wayanad, placed above the verdant copies of the rainforest of Wayanad. Complete the check-in formalities for treehouse.

This eco-friendly jungle resort has cottages that have been built using indigenous materials and solar energy along with natural spring water that cascades from the surrounding hills. This ultimate retreat offers memorable experiences to both, family vacationers as well as honeymooning couples. Check-in is followed by a hike up to the Chembra Peak. During hiking, treat your eyes to the wonderful greenery all around you. Do not miss spotting the heart-shaped lake on your way. The tranquility is simply going to charm you.

Day 02 : Wayanad

Post breakfast, day 2 of the tour is scheduled for sightseeing in Wayanad. The first visit of the day is to the Pookot Lake, a stunning freshwater lake where you can enjoy boat ride, enjoying the green environment and fresh air. Next in line is the Soojipara waterfalls – this three-tiered waterfall is also known as Sentinel Rock Waterfalls.

This is followed by a visit to the second largest earth dam in Asia and the largest in India, Bansura sagar dam. The place offers lovely views of the surroundings. Continue your sightseeing with a visit to the Edakkal Caves- two natural caves that are probably 7000 years old. These caves are known to be one of the earliest centers of human habitation.

Continue city tour of Wayanad by visiting the Pakshipathalam – a sight popular amid adventure tourists, nature-lovers as well as ornithologists, and Meenmutty waterfalls- a three-tiered waterfall cascading from a height of 300 m. Back to the resort.

Stay overnight.

Day 3 Wayanad – Calicut

After breakfast Check-out the hotel.Proceed to Calicut sightseeing places like Calicut Beach,Mananchira,Vasco da gama point. Today is the last day of the tour when you get on-time transfer to the railway station or airport in Calicut for your onward journey.

Booking Policy :

1.  Booking  can be modified up to 3 days before the travel date (cancellation / amendment charges apply for hotels along with any price differnce for revised date - hotels based on availability).Booking can be modified only once (any circumstance) and futher changes are treated as fresh booking.
2. Booking  can be cancelled up to 3 days before travel date (below cancellation policy applies - no partial cancellation)
3. Standard Hotel check-in time is usually between 12 PM - 2 PM & check -out time is between 10 AM to 12 PM.Early check-in is subject to availability & hotel may charge extra ( not included in the tour price). In case of late check-in,please inform the hotel about your arrival time.
4. Refund for cancelled tours usually takes around 7- 10 business days
5. Any issues encountered during the trip need to be resolved with Tour manager immediately during the trip. Issues can't be addressed after completion of the trip.
6. Vehicles provided (all vehicles are A/C only):  Hatchback -Indica V2, Swift ,Ritz, similar; Sedan Dzire,Etios, Fiesta,Xcent, Amaze, similar; SUV- Innova,Xylo, or similar
7. Cab & Driver details will be provided 10 hours before the Trip start Time
8. Cancellation Policy (All Tours) : 16 Days & Beyond from date of travel (excluding travel date) - 50% of order total is charged as   cancellation fee, Between 8-15 days from date of travel (excluding travel date) - 75% of order total is charged as cancellation fee, No Refund if cancelled with in 7 days from date of travel, excluding travel date ( we already paid for your Hotel & Cab by this time)
9. In case of natural disasters, political Bundh of cab strike, travelpanorama.in may suggest alternate destination of alternate dates. If no alternate tour /  dates can be arranged by travelpanorama.in,  your tour may be cancelled and partial payment booking amount will be refunded.
10. In extreme cases,you tour may be cancelled by travel panorama.in for unavoidable reasons ( within 24 hours  of booking) and 100% of your booking amount will be refunded.
